LinkGravity is a deep linking platform that provides smart routing, analytics, and attribution for mobile and web applications. The service is currently in development and available for waitlist registration.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Transmit any malicious code or harmful content

LinkGravity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Pricing and Payment

LinkGravity will operate on a pay-as-you-grow pricing model. Specific pricing details will be provided upon service launch. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers.

Your use of LinkGravity is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to GDPR compliance and protecting your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamburg, Germany.
